    injection site??

    I have a quick question. Does anyone on this forum have any experience on injecting in the calf muscles. Ive got a great upper body but I'am lacking in the calves. Advice needed on if this is a good idea or not and where to inject in the calf if it is possible. Pictures whold be great or possibly a link. thanks alot.
