Currently in a cut phase - no gear. Cardio 20min AM, 20min late afternoon after workouts ED (M-F). Both are done on empty stomachs - the only difference is the late afternoon I take N.O Explode ~45min prior. 1 1/2 scoops. Both sessions ~160 HR. Easy walking at an incline. After late afternoon session, I have NO appetite what-so-ever. Basically force feeding PWO shake.
Anyone else experience such commonities or suggestions for increasing appetite?
