    Cutting Cycle Check

    Just looking for comments, questions, concerns, advice...

    Age: 23
    Height: 5'8
    Weight: 167lbs.
    BF: 10%
    Training Exp: 7+ years
    TDEE: 3188 (TDEE is based on goal weight)

    Goals
    BF: 6-7%
    Weight: 205
    Increase lean mass while trimming remaining lingering body fat. Obviously not going to gain 38lbs. of lean muscle mass on a 12 week cutting cycle, but that is how the diet is set up. Slowly but surely...

    Macros
    Calories: 3061.5
    Fats: 53.5g
    Carbs: 270g
    Protein: 385g

    Workout
    FST-7 format. One group per day/x5 days/week. SAT/SUN OFF. 60min of cardio/day, 20min AM, Late-Afternoon, Evening. ~160 THR. Fast walking, slight incline.

    your too small IMO to start AAS. Why would you want to cut anyways? your 167 @ 10% (if thats you in your pic your more than 10%)
