    Cutting Cycle Check

    Just looking for comments, questions, concerns, advice...

    Age: 23
    Height: 5'8
    Weight: 167lbs.
    BF: 10%
    Training Exp: 7+ years
    TDEE: 3188 (TDEE is based on goal weight)

    Goals
    BF: 6-7%
    Weight: 205lbs.
    Increase lean mass while trimming remaining lingering body fat. Obviously not going to gain 38lbs. of lean muscle mass on a 12 week cutting cycle, but that is how the diet is set up. Slowly but surely...

    Macros
    Calories: 3061.5
    Fats: 53.5g
    Carbs: 270g
    Protein: 385g

    Workout
    FST-7 format. One group per day/x5 days/week. SAT/SUN OFF. 60min of cardio/day, 20min AM, Late-Afternoon, Evening. ~160 THR. Fast walking, slight incline.

    Gear
    Week 1-12: TestE @ 500mgs/E4D
    Week 1-12: Arimidex @ .25mgs/day
    Week 1-12: Nolvadex @ 20mgs/EOD
    Week 1-6: Clen @ 40mcg/AM, 20mcg/Noon
    Week 7-12: Win @ 50mgs/day
    Week 7-12: Tren @ 75mgs/M,W,F

    hmm looks aight to me....i wouldnt run the nolva with the tren...might want to have caber on hand instead, just incase of prolactin maybe save nolva for the pct. arimdex should be aight while on cycle.

    tren (if its ace) should be EOD...not sure about the M,W,F thing... could make sides a lil worse.

    its too bad u cant do test prop! ive found its better on a cutter...but with ur clen and arimidex...u could be alright.

    also whats ur cycle exp and do u have a pct ready??

    This is ridiculous. This kid just started a cycle log saying he was going to do test and deca for a first cycle. Now he is proposing a cutting cycle with tren included. What happened man? You just figured out how to diet properly, as seen by your posts in the diet sections and now this? We have tried to steer you in the right direction but you don't seem to care what anyone suggests. Judging by your avatar, you are no where near 10% fat. You need to spend some time eating properly before you jump on any gear let alone tren, winny, and test.

    Anxious - feel like I need to be on something or start some sort of cycle to see results. Don't really pay attention to things I don't wanna hear...have to fvck things up myself or get it right myself to learn and understand - everyone's experience is different and unique to their own body. No offense to anyone, just tryin to tell it like it is.

    Original cycle was Test, Dbol, Deca. After weighing the options I figured it would be more beneficial to cut the fat now, and start increasing lean body mass instead of doing a huge bulk and then having to cut. Doing a huge bulk then cutting is kind of like taking two steps forward, and one step back to me. I would rather taking it one step forward at a time?

    *The lack of a flash on my *phone makes it hard to see definition clearly. According to scale and calipers, I'm at a 10% BF.

    Very dangerous attitude to take with compounds that have the potential to **** up your entire well being if not used properly/responsibly. You don't need to cycle to see results at this point. You just got your diet down. Gaining muscle and losing fat takes time no matter what you put into yourself. If you don't want to hear anything we have to say then stop posting and wasting our time. Finally, flash or no flash you are not 10% you are a basically skinnyfat with little muscle and mainly fat. Use your new diet to get in shape then come back in a few years once you know what you are doing.

    Bro your calipers are not giving an accurate reading. You are atleast 15%bf. Also, did I hear that this is your first cycle? Are you retarded? Nearly a gram of test every week is double what a noobie should be taking and you should just forget about the tren and winny for now. What that much test and with using nolva and tren you could probably get gyno... And since you have been training for 7+years and are still not in what I consider good shape I think it'd be pretty safe to assume that you won't keep any of your gains either. Thats a lot of money to dish out for a possible receding hairline and pair of tits.

    If this is your first cycle, it seems very heavy to me. Most first cycle consist of test e and d-bol kickstarter + pct and nothing more. You've throwing way too much new shit at ur body at one time, an not to mention some brutal gear too that will be hard to deal with like tren an winny..

    Cut- diet down with cardio- do 45 mins morning, and 20 post workout and then and hour on days you don't lift.

    Would someone mind explaining the reasoning behind having a few cycles under your belt before experimenting with the "harsher" gear? Logic is clearly to do the harsher drugs first, as your body's immune system, CNS, etc. hasn't been beatin down yet from previous AAS use? What's the difference starting out with less AAS and doing one/two compounds at a time? Does the body build up some sort of immunity/tolerance over each cycle? Sides are sides, whether you are using one compound or five. For every drug there is to give you a side effect, there's another one to combat that side effect.

    Granted, I do understand from a medical standpoint, it seems appropriete to introduce one compound to the body at a time - to be able to gauge effectiveness, side effects, anaphylaxis (god forbid), etc. But isn't that what taking ancilliaries/PCT is all about? Managing the sides throughout the cycle and keeping as much gains as possible?

    Your body will do fine with just test. If you put all of those into your body first cycle, how will you know what is causing the sides when they show up?

    It doesn't when you are about to make a terrible decision in doing this much gear on your first cycle bro.

    Please just take this advice and save the rest til next time or the time after... It won't go bad, so just run test e at 500mg's a week. Monday morning 250mg's and thursday evening 250mg's

    thats the best, and most simple advice you can get for this man,

    AHHHHH!!! lol What does it matter???? Gyno is gyno whether it comes from Test or Tren or Dbol or Winny or Deca - the same preventative measures and ancilliaries are taken!

    If I was to get ANY side effect that was so bad to the point I needed to consider stoping taking the *given compound*, I would just play it safe and stop it all together.

    Exactly man, why risk having to stop a test cycle because you took tren and winny and anavar all at the same time. Also, there are sooo many more sides then gyno that you will have to worry about with all of those... Ed, bp, gyno, libido, and much more. I promise, you probably won't even utilize all of those in your first cycle.

    For real man, its not doing us a favor if you just use test, i say that as a favor to you. I see no reason as to why you need to run anymore that test e man. But i do know that if you just came up with this cycle, after being talked out of a test deca cycle, then you are going to make a mistake either way. So i can't advise you any further since you are not taking it.

    After it has gotten accustomed to having synthetic hormones injected or swallowed and metabolized.

    Anyway bro, i have tried to help, and i don't flame people for not being ready cuz, its too common and you know its wrong anyway. I am done with advice besides test e at 500mg's a week 1-12. Pct- nolva-40/20/20/20 clomid- 100/50/50/50

    i honestly think your not even close to being ready for gear...why did you even remove your avatar pic? your 167 and your body fat is 15-16% looking at the pic you had up. go to the diet section. steroids will not make you ripped...a good diet will

    It wasn't a very good pic - calipers say I'm 10%. Formula from below says 9.92%. Weight is 166, waist is 30inches. Not trying to step on anyone's toes, but these are the closest things I have to go by at the moment.

    Procedure:
    1) Multiply your bodyweight by 1.082. Add the result to 94.42. Once your calculation is complete, save the number. (Bodyweight x 1.082) + 94.42=Result 1

    2) Multiply your waist girth by 4.15. Once you get this result, subtract it from the number obtained in step 1 (ie: Step 1 result-Step 2 result). The result obtained after the subtraction is done is your lean bodyweight (your weight if you had no fat in your body at all). Result 1 - (Waist Girth x 4.15)= Lean Body Weight

    3) Finally, subtract your lean bodyweight from your total bodyweight (Total weight-Lean Bodyweight). Once you get the result, multiply that number by 100. Once you get the result divide it by your total bodyweight. This final result is your percentage of body fat. ((Total Bodyweight - Lean Bodyweight) x 100) divided by (Your Body Weight) = Your Percentage of Body Fat.

    i saw your picture...your not 10%, simple as that, you can do all the math you want but at the end of the day your not 10%! you looked more like 15%....put another pic up or put the same one up, trust me everyone will say the samething

    Like everyone said calipers are not accurate at all and your def not 10%

    I reccomend no AAS and maybe sometime talking to yourself in the mirror because thats the only way your gonna hear what you want to...

    I dont think people realize how low 10% is to begin with. I really think there should be some sort of sticky with pictures of people that ARE 20%, 15%, 10%, 8%, 6%

    just to give people an idea!


    OP i was the same as you, i remember while back when i thought i was 15% when i was more than 15% and now actually being 6-8% bodyfat i now know what each range looks like.

    Its weird hearing everyone talk bad about tren. I ran it alone before i knew what i was doing and i loved it. No side affects at the time. This was years ago and i was fine after the cycle. Guess i was lucky.

    well first of all the OP isnt even ready to do a cycle yet so anything isnt going to be good. But tren without test is just dumb, you were lucky

    Look even if not to prevent crazy sides and not knowing where they are coming from you can only gain X amount in a given cycle. So you could take 1000mg EW of every roid under the sun and you still probably wouldn't gain much more at all then you would off test only on your first cycle. So if you dont care about protecting yourself, or your nuts, then atleast protect your wallet and not waste money on unneeded gear.

    I feel i should mention where you said that there are ancillaries to protect against every side this is wrong especially with tren and where you said you treat gyno the same whether from test, tren, or deca that is completely wrong also.

    which is why i think people should run 1 or 2 ph cycles (not superdrol and harsh compounds of that nature) but stuff like Bold and H-drol before even doing a simple test cycle
