    on cycle difficulties, please help.

    I am currently on cycle and have been noticing that i am begining to get puffy and feel bloated alot. is this something that i can combat or is it par for the coarse with the compounds im useing? my diet isnt perfect as i am a fulltime student and work 40+hrs a week. its not bad just cant eat as much as id like. but quality meals when i do eat.

    my current cycle:
    week 1-12 test e, 500mg a week (250 e3.5d)
    week 1-12 equipoise 400mg a week (200mg e3.5d)
    week 1-5 anavar 80mg ed
    arimadex .25mg eod

    currently on week #5 so no anavar in my system...

    ur on adex and still bloating?

    ur diet must be way off. how is ur sodium intake and water intake?

    and be honest

    what are ur stats? and im sure this is ur first cycle, why u running EQ, at that dose its a waste.

    ^^^ you state that you don't get to eat like you want and you are still bloating? I know that i used to stay puffy looking due to the amount of sodium i used to eat... Do you eat at a common eating area in school...? There could be msg if so?

    What's the quality meals you eat?

    not my first cycle moose...its my fourth, first two were test 400 only then i did test 400 and wynn. i went with this cycle because someone suggested that eq would be good to cycle, i researched it and liked what i read on the profile page. i was concerned that the test e might be the culprate to the water retention. my diet is good, its been critiqued on here in the diet section... my sodium intake is extremely low but my water intake is low as well. i had several forum members comment that my cycle was adequate. what would you say for an appropriate eq dose?

    5'6"

    been lifting solid for 4 years took a little time off for a shoulder injury

    bcaa
    noshotgun

    tuna steaks and brown rice with broc

    i dont use condiments when seasoning food, usually only use lemon pepper or mrs dash

    thats all u eat.....not going to grow eating that.
    really bad.

    but anyway, the less water u take in the more water u will hold...after 4 cycles i would of thought u would of known the BASICS...

    maybe you should shelf the gear and educate urself some more so u can get the most out of every cycle....

    funny how criticism seems to be the norm on here. i do know the basics moose but the complexities of life have dictated changes in my eating. i was just a student and could eat when i wanted, half way through the semester and just after starting my cycle i got fulltime employment.. so now i work mn,wed,fri sat and sun 8am-4pm and go too school 7:45 am-5m tuesday and thursday and im still in the gym 5 days a week 4 lifting and cardio and one cardio only. if your suggesting that only people that arent busy trying to make a life for themselves should use aas moose, well i think you are wrong. try offering solutions or ideas instead of just saying drop the aas....

    no shotgun and bcaa 15grms

    should i up the arimadex to .25 ed instead of eod??? any other suggestions??

    You could do that and see... I have no exp with adex so i don't want to advise. As far as the cycle, my only thought is, can you get more eq? I just think that 400mg's is a low dose for that compound, but maybe you will yield well off of it? Do you plan to frontload the eq if not a higher dose?

    dirty-im 5 weeks into the cycle, i just went off of the cycles link on the home page and used their suggested dosages....i have plenty of eq on hand...should i up it to 600mg per week?

    If you can get your hands on some Proviron it will help w water problem.If you are bloated(not digesting food efficiently)try digestive enzymes.

    thanks bullnutz....ill try that. i am begining to think that maybe im ingesting too much protein and getting bloated from that...
