    Hello All good to be back. I have used the advice and info from this site b4(2 years ago) with great results. Decided to start another cycle and would like your 2 cents on anything Ive missed.

    Test E 14 weeks @ 400 mg pw
    Tren E 14 weeks @ 300 mg pw
    Hcg 1 month in 500 ui pw & week 13&14 1000 ui

    PCT
    Clomid Day 1 200 mg Days 2-16 50mgpd Days16-30 25mgpd
    Noveldex 20 mg pd 30 days

    of course the i still refer to the diet thread here at the forums.
    5'11
    195lbs
    13-14%
    work out history 10 years w 3 previous cycles roughly 2 years apart
    any comment would be appreciated.

    age
    diet summary/# meals per day (be specific, include the weight of your food, and macros)
    years lifting / workout split
    cycle experience
    pct/estrogen control knowledge
    goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

    Have you ever used Tren before?

    That PCT is horrible.

    Bro thats a long time on tren...brother above me is right ...PCT has to be revamped...

    6 meals pd every 2.45-3 hours
    225g protein pd/4500-5000 cal..pretty much stick to the charts recommended here on the forums..same with the meal suggestions just mix them up every other week and try to keep same cal/prot(animal/supp)/ch/f/intake
    my goals are lean muscle.. no bulking or extreme cutting. my last cycle was a Dbol deca cycle and have had done 2 other cycles in the past on avareage 2 years apart..consistent weight lifting for 8 years . i typed the tren wrong should be 12 weeks
    And i have not done Tren E before. It was recommended by a friend of mine in wich Ive seen his results and others on the cycle the type of muscle gain i want. I cant seem to find the thread for the recommended pct for this stack.. i know i forgot to list cabastar for 1 mg pwk and b6 200 mg pd. If anyone has any revamp suggestions or pct experience suggestions id appreciate it .. or a direction towards a post would help ty for your info
