    Test P/EQ and Anavar??

    Stats: 31, 5'11", 175 lbs been lifting for 3 years, 2 previous Test cycles and clean diet. My question is I will be running a Test P 500mg a week (100mg eod) for 12 weeks along with EQ 600 mgs a week for 12 weeks (300 mgs twice a week), I was going to throw in some Anavar 50mgs ed for weeks 8-12 but do you think I could run it at 40mgs ed for the entire cycle? PCT is nolva/clomid and maybe some adex during the cycle. Thanks for your help...

    first off 100mg eod of test p = 350mg a week...not 500mg

    2nd: if i were you id get some EQ prop or EQ ace if your going to run EQ with test p. you want to run fast esters with fast esters and slow esters with slow esters IMO

    3rd: id maybe look into something else besides EQ, but thats just me...var and test p makes a great stack alone.

    Sorry I meant 125 eod M-W-F-Su and test prop/var would be fine, how do you recommend I run it?

    with 2 cycles already done and only weighing 175, something is wrong...

    I didn't finish my pct on my first and I got really sick for 2 months following my 2nd cycle.

    My brief diet is 3 egg whites in the am along with a cup of wheaties fuel cereal with non fat milk at 6am, 9am is 2 turkey sandwiches(3 servings of turkey) on wheat with mustard, 1 cup salad with non fat italian dressing, noon is 1 can of tuna, 1 serving low fat salami (5 pieces), 3pm pre workout is a protein bar and 2 servings of turkey, post workout shake, dinner is either chicken breasts, steak or ground beef. Before I go to bed another protein shake...

    your diet sucks no offense...and what you told me tells me nothing

    how am i suppose to know how many carbs/fats/protein your getting through out the day?

    What are your goals?Whats with the low fats?Where are your calories and carbs?Are you cutting?No offense but this diet wouldn't even make me fart!

    Well since talking with you I have decided to run Test E and the EQ and bulk, I was just reading a bulking diet and I'll probably do that. I plan on running the test e 600mgs a week 1-12 and EQ 600mgs a week 1-12. I have Test P so I'll run 500mgs a week for 4 weeks and then weeks 8-12 50mgs ed var. Along with the bulking diet in the diet section, how would you rate that??

    Here's the diet, I just copied and pasted it...
    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat



    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat


    That turns into approximately 420 grams protein, 250 grams Carbs, and 83 grams of fat. This is roughly 3500 calories
