I've been lifting for 11 years, consistently for about 8 of those years. I'm an ectomorph and if I don't count my calories I will certainly under eat.
I've done a fair amount of research and feel that I'm ready to take things to the next level. I was initially planning on doing the typical test/dbol beginner cycle, but I've decided against the dbol because I don't want to gain weight too quickly and want to minimize bloat. Also, I want to avoid orals for this cycle if possible.
I was leaning towards eq for some of its qualities (appetite, strength, possible joint support, hardened look).
Thoughts/suggestions?
