    Quad injections: Sitting or Standing?

    I have never hit the quad before. Should I inject while seated or should I be standing up and injecting?

    I do them sitting so the muscle is relaxed.

    standing, i only hit my quads and i find that if i do it standing that there is less pain. especially if im going to be standing all day at work or school...

    i do em sitting on the couch with my leg propped up so its not bent, seems to be the most relaxed position for my quad muscle...some dude the other day said he did his quad injections while takin a poop on the toilet....i would not recommend that lol

    tht'll work well if you hit a nerve and cramp up, not!!

    never have hit a nerve...i shake out my quad so its relaxed and pin away, never any issues...i noticed that if i pinned sitting that if i had to walk alot or was active that the soreness lasted longer and was more intense

    so your leg is strait right hunter....no difference. i relaxe my quad and pin.

    too many dumbasses on here...there is obviously more than one way to pin

    thts strange, doesnt affect me, and ive used quads alot and 90% i'll cramp, and less of the attitude numb nuts, i think you'll find no one recommends doing it standing

    lolzzz I guess I'll just experiment with every way that people described in this thread. See what works and what doesn't (too sore, hit a nerve, etc)

    i thought that it was stupid until i tried it... i find that i'm very relaxed in this state and wont do a quad injection not shittin

    I tried them sitting the first two times and could barely walk for a few days each time. Now I do them standing and almost completely painless. If I'm doing my left I put all my weight on my right leg and shoot. 25g 1in

    Why is there a difference if there is no pressure put on your leg either way?

    all i know is sometimes they go in like butter and sometimes they hurt like a b*tch. i try to stay away from viens (pale in the leg area) but i did go threw one once hurt as soon as i touched it i pushed threw and when i pulled out it was a squirter. LOL

    Sitting in a chair with leg you are pinning stretched out.Relaxed.I like upper and outer.The lower you go the harder it is to walk.IMO.I try to stay 2cc's per quad or less.

    I've done them standing but prefer to be sitting with my legs extended. That way the muscle is relaxed, no weight shifting, easy. I haven't noticed either way is more painful then the other.

    Thats the only way bro, I will do quad shots either way sitting is a little easier but not really a big deal.

    The best way To Do it IMO
    is
    not to sit in a chair, but sit on the floor with your legs extended.

    I did it sitting in a chair today and I got half way in and my muscle tensed up!!
    So I sat on the floor. GOLDEN

    i have been doing only quads for since i started my first cycle march 1st.
    i always injected while sitting but will try standing on thursday.

    i cut hair all day so im on my feet for a good 10 hours. pain usually arrives a good 12 hours after injecting and last about a day or maybe a little more.
    i can see how sitting on the floor can be the best possition as stated by twotimer.

    cant wait till thurday to try. (its crazy, i cant wait for each pinning time to come, next time prop for me ed injections..

    come on bro sitting down haven't you ever got a shot from a doctor or nurse and them tell you not to flex and just relax. This to make sure the needle goes in with no resistance making it less painful and alot less damage to the muscle as well.
