    Exclamation Total cycle question!!!

    Of all the reading I've done I have come to learn people like details before answers so here it goes.
    I'm 28 6ft 220lbs 15%bf
    My current diet (typically) switched around here and there

    Wake up whey protien and waxy m (4am)

    Breakfast is 6 ounces turkey breast (with 1 cup of vegitible raw)

    Brunch is 1 cup of non fat cottage cheese

    Lunch is whey protien

    Dinner is 8oz of chicken breat or cod with brown rice or black beans (5pm)

    Workout about 7:30 pm

    Post is whey and waxy (9:15pm)

    10:30pm bedtime 20 grams of casien

    Workout is 6 days a week with 1 day off (when I feel like I need a break) and I do 30 min of cardio after workout or just play basketball for 2 hours. (2 out of 6 days) and squeeze in one coumpound exercise and abs on those days (I.e. power cleans 5 sets)

    My goal is to gain strength and get leaner.

    My options are: and they are limited so bare with me
    Tren A - 2 bottles
    6 weeks 250mg per week @ 83mg EOD (mon wed fri)
    7 weeks 214mg per week @ 71mg EOD
    8 weeks 188mg per week @ 63mg EOD

    With
    Test P - 2 bottles
    6 weeks 333mg per week @ 111mg EOD
    8 weeks 250mg per week @ 83mg EOD

    I may also be able to do

    Tren E
    6 weeks 500mg per week @ 250mg 2x week
    7 weeks 428mg per week @ 215mg 2x week
    8 weeks 375mg per week @ 187mg 2x week

    With

    Test E
    8 weeks @ 312mg per week @ 155mg 2x week
    10 weeks @ 250mg per week @ 125mg 2x week

    I need opinions on both styles so that I can go either way.

    I am easy to gain water and wieght so I'm concerned and thought of using Letro throughout the cycle I have 30ml/2.5mg though I don't know how to run it

    And for PCT I have Clomid 30ml/50mg how much and how long after.?

    I was also considering clen to finish it up. What's the best way to run it.

    Wow I just typed all this from my phone so please some detaild info or any would be great.
    Oh I did 1 cycle 4 years ago. Deca and test cyp

    500mg / 400mg for 8 weeks no pct dumb ass.

    tren is more for the experienced, and tren e means if you cant handle the sides your stuck with them for a few wks due to the long ester, why not a simple test e and prop kick? dont get tht tapering, why? 250mg test x2 pw is the ideal

    I am no expert but the diet looks a little light and also too many shakes but vets can be more helpful.

    true, to many shakes, the rest works if he's cutting, depending on amounts of course

    Diet would be all right if you are trying to shred but you wont gain any weight with those SNACKS.

    I will deal with sides. I've read many pages on them. Yes diet is lite. Purposely. I know there's too many shakes but I don't have many other options at the moment. And yes I'm looking to shred. I don't care about size. Already a large build guy. Strength and cuts are my goal. Why taper you asked. I have no idea... that's why I put it out there. So I can hear either A I'm an idiot or B that should be fine

    dont taper., replace some shakes with solid food esp meal afta trainin

    You are refering to don't taper on the enthenates for tren and test right?
    What about the mg options I have and pct during and after cycle.
    I will just add a meal for post workout and can the shake

    shake straight afta trainin, and solid meal within the hour. just use the test and 250mg injected 3.5days apart, ie, mon and thurs. id leave tren if i was you until your more experienced
