    New with Questions

    hey guys im 21 years old 5'10 155. ive been working out for about 4 years now and find it impossible to gain mass no matter how much i diet or train. I currently suffer from mild acne and suffer from depression (im on anti depressants) so i prefer my choice of steroid to be as mild on these side effects as possible. Id prefer to take it oraly as well but if must i can inject. i was wondering out of these legal steroids from the website the forum recommended what one would be best for me.. thanks

    None of them ,it sounds like your diet needs working on post it up in the diet section

    ive had a personal trainer make me diets along with tons and tons of research on my own. my genetics suck.

    Mate you should wait another few years your still young and keep working at it and keep your diet in check day in day out and you will gain.

    1st meal
    3 cups of 1%milk
    5 egg whites
    1/2 dried tuna
    2 pieces of wheat toast
    1 cup yogurt

    2nd meal
    2cups of diced potatoes
    1.5 cups of oatmeal
    3 cup 1% milk

    work out

    3rd meal
    1lb white chicken breast
    1 cup baked beans
    3 cups 1% milk
    2 cups(cooked) brown rice

    4th meal
    protein weight gainer shake
    1 cup dried tuna

    5th meal
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup organic peanut butter
    4 pieces of wheat toast
    3 cups of milk

    6 meal
    2 cups ground beef (unseasoned)
    3 cups milk
    2 egg whites

    alright well what age or part of my workout career can i consider steroids ? im in college now and it is extremely hard to follow a diet plan with how busy i am with classes, homework, working out while obtaining adequate sleep. im low on money and dont have anywhere to cook anymore. so its kinda hard to even think about continuing with my diet
