    Trensomnia

    I know it's been covered before but this is the first time I'm experiencing this. This is my 3rd or 4th bout with tren and I've has the usual sides. Night sweats, irritability, a little trouble sleeping.....but this is insane! I've slept for 1 hour tonight. It's a quarter till four now and I decided I'm up for good. I'm seven weeks out from my first comp and I should be getting my sleep. I've got to be at work at seven and I'm doing cardio before hand. Anyways, I'm taking 75mg every 36 hours. I've done this before with 100mg bottle. This stuff must be overdosed. I've lost 22lbs since I started dieting and my strength is through the roof. I took 6mg melatonin last night and I slept for only an hour and woke up starving. This sucks. Would nytol help...nyquil...or what? Tonight is a bust but I want a game plan for tomorrow night.

    Honestly melatonin didn't do anything for me when on tren .

    The only thing that really helped me was benadryl.

    ^Yah, Tylenol PM has the same active ingredient as Benadryl (Diphenhydramine HCL).

    Same, melatonin did shit for me, Tylenol PM night help out

    I've had a lot of problems with sleep, right now, benadryl is doing the trick.

    Maybe try cutting it back to 50mg every 36-48hrs?

    Last night I took 1 benadryl an hour or so before falling asleep. I got up once to use the bathroom and fell right back asleep. I sleep a little over 8 hours. That is the first time that happened in over a week.

    Just a question: Would 2-3mg ketotifen before bed time do the same as benadryl?
