    The wife, and Clen

My wife is thinking about doing a cycle of Clen to lose a few pounds and get cut. She was wondering how effective this would be, and how the cycle would work. Amount daily? Length of cycle? It would be in pill form from a sponsor. She lifts 3-5 days a week and does cardio. She eats lean, but just wants to get more cut. Any advice will be appreciated, thanks.

Well IMO, hat's quite over-weight for a female of such a small stature (height).

IMO, your best bet would be to get her to home in on her diet, and up the amount of cardio she's doing per week

She looks great, its all T & A. lol She just wants to get more lean. She runs 2 miles a day, has been an athlete her whole life, has a black belt, plays soccer and softball. She's in shape, just got a little baby belly.

search "clen " and you will have enough reading to keep you busy for a long time. The same rules apply for women as men when it comes to clen. The only difference being size. Most men are bigger then women so the dosing should be less. I help prep a female bodybuilder who is 25-30 lbs heavier and we do not go over 100mcg of clen ED.

Clen works great for women! My wife did a couple of cycles last year with decent results. However, you must keep your diet and cardio in check or she will gain it back quickly.

My wife recently took clen for about 5 weeks. Used keto with it daily starting in the second week. She had her diet and cardio routine down for about six months before adding it in. She started at 20 and gradually increased the dose as she was able to handle the sides and eventually went up to about 80 before tapering down the last week. When the clen was added in she lost a lot more weight in a month period than she was able to do with diet and cardio alone. I had her takiong taurine with it too to fight the cramps

Thanks for all the advice. How long would a normal cycle of Clen be?
By the way, I myself am in week 7 of a 10 week cycle of Test E, and Mast. I have gone up from 185 to 203 of lean muscle. This is my first cycle, and I have my PCT in check and ready to go. Thanks for all the advice on that too. I couldnt have done it right without you guys and your wisdom. Thanks.
