I am 20yrs old, so i know i am far too young to start using juice.
But i would greatly appreciate advice on diets that more experienced guys use when bulking up.
I am naturally quite slim, and i find it quite difficult to increase my weight, i have used many supplements, but they do nothing for my weight and just make me piss all the time.
I have been going to the gym for nearly 2 years now, for the 1st year my weight barely changed.
However, in the last 8 months i have managed to gain 8lbs that i have kept. But this could be natural growth and i would ideally like to gain nearly a stone within the next year.
Any advice would be most appreciated, thanks.
