Just wondering if there was a prefered time of day for taking the liver supplement. Does it make much difference if you take them at the same time as your oral steroid or at seperate times?

Don't think it makes of a difference. I take mine before breakfast and again before dinner.

the bottle says take 15 mins before meal.... so that's what i do!
does your bottle say something else?

Ye that's what mine says "3 times daily". I was just wondering that if u took them at the same time as your steroid then it might affect them in some way and not get the best results?
Or doesn't that really matter as long as it all goes down ur neck. Lol.
