hcg doses and injection method

Just a couple questions pretaining to hcg

5000ius added to 10ml of bac water will give me 500ius per ml?

can I mix 1ml of bac water with the 5000ius then inject into a sealed sterile vial then simply inject the remaining 9mls of bac water into the same sealed vial

last question is it better to inject sub-Q or IM or does it not really matter

Any feedback would be appreciated

Looks like you already have it figured out. I like sub q because I get to use a 29g x 1/2 pin.

yes.

Inject the 1, slowly down the side of the glass, not allowing the needle to touch the glass. If the needle touches the glass, replace the needle before continuing to the next step. The powder will dissolve almost immediately, with a gentle swirling of the vial.
DO NOT SHAKE.

then put that into a new sterile vial, then put the remaining 9mls...
