1st Cycle Completed : PCT Starts!

It's been exactly 2 weeks today since my last injection.

I ran a 10 week cycle of dbol ( kickstart ) / sust 250 @ 500mg / week.

I plan on running Nolva / Clomid starting this Thursday at 40/40/20/20 & 100/50/50/50 Week 1-4
My question is whether or not I should be taking nolva/clomid at different intervals or at specific times during the day.

It doesnt matter. I take mine before bed, but I havent ever noticed a difference.

You dont need 40mg/ED Tamox or 100mg/ED Clomid IMHO. Pick either 40mg/ED Tamox or Clomid and run it for the first 5-7 days, then back down to low doses for 6 weeks. Clomid 25-50mg/ED and Tamox 20mg/ED.

Quite a few users on the site suggested running both nolva/clomid since they have similar functions but aid in different ways during PCT.

So I'm not supposed to be separating dosages, say 20mg in the morning and 20 mg in the afternoon of nolva, and 50mg in the morning and 50mg in the afternoon of clomid?

So am I safe taking 40mg of Nolva at once and following it up with 100mg of clomid ? Since this is my first cycle and I've never had to run PCT I am unaware of how these drugs will affect me, so just to be on the safe side I'd rather ask then come on here afterwards whining about how something went wrong...

nothing immediately bad will happen, some people complain of emotional issues when using clomid....

100mg of clomid may be rough past a few days.

Affew months ago I did the following PCT:

Clomiphene 100/50/50/50
Tamoxifen 40/20/20/20

and I was absolutely fine, no bad side effects at all.

It would be a good idea to understand your PCT before you start your cycle. PCT is every bit as important as the cycle itself IMO.

I understand the concept of PCT and made sure I had everything before the actual cycle, it was just that I wanted to double check and make sure that taking the dosages of nolva/clomid together won't cause some unwanted side effects. Therefore I wanted to see if I should space them out throughout the day or not, that's all.

On to the results:

Starting : 22yo , 6'2ft, 10% bf , 195lbs
Ending : 6'2ft , 13% bf , 220lbs

I took measurements as well I just don't have them on hand at the moment.

Be sure to up your calories during pct. 500 or so more than you have been taking in daily. You'll gain a little fat, but you can get rid of it plenty of time for summer. By my experiance, that will help you hold on to a lot of the gains made while on cycle.
