    2nd Cycle Progress

    START
    FEB 14th
    Test E-700mg PW 1-16
    Deca-600mg PW 1-15
    DBOL 50mg PD 1-5

    START SPECS:
    5'11
    180lbs
    15" BI
    39" CHEST
    13" FOREARM

    4 weeks in:
    5'11
    200lbs
    15.4" BI
    40" CHEST
    13.5 FOREARM

    Just wanting to no that I am on track and where Im supposed to be mainly. Diet has never been better daily intake is dialed in. Im feeling great and training at 110% intensity with well rounded strength and stamina increases on all exercises. I gained a staggering 20lbs which I assume is mainly water weight but I appear to look harder and more vascular then ever. Any guess's around what I'll peak out at the rate im going? Officially part of the 200lbs+ Club it feels good lol

    That is insane. Almost added 1/2 inch to your biceps in 4 weeks! Congrats bro. I need to know what you are doing so I can break past my bicep size. I only gained .2 inches over a 14 week cycle

    Flat bar(adds greater peak to biceps) with heavy weights and various other dumbbell exercises strictly heavy weights low reps pyramiding. I also like to thrown in some drop sets and 21s.
