Just wanting to no that I am on track and where Im supposed to be mainly. Diet has never been better daily intake is dialed in. Im feeling great and training at 110% intensity with well rounded strength and stamina increases on all exercises. I gained a staggering 20lbs which I assume is mainly water weight but I appear to look harder and more vascular then ever. Any guess's around what I'll peak out at the rate im going? Officially part of the 200lbs+ Club it feels goodlol
