You could try some micro dermabrasion, or even some chemical peels like TCA.

I had acne problems before i started taking any anabolics and i got tired of having it cus i was getting big and wanted to take shirt off so i went to a dermatologist told him that i need the best stuff cus i experiment with anabolics i told him that. He said ok..gave me 2 months of dorex didnt do crap then after that we hit Accutane (isotretonoine i beleive is the fulll pharmacutical name)

so talk to a dermotologist and hop on that. i seirously have no acne and only break out a tiny bit on cycles and the scaring is goine!!

I suffered well bad Bacne using Deca, i managed to get my hands on Roaccutane i took 20mgs a day througout rest of my cycle and throughout PCT, its true this stuff does pretty much kill any acne, i suffered from really dry lips as well but this is nothing compared to having no Acne!

heres some info on phenol which i had done:

Phenol is the strongest of the chemical solutions and produces a deep peel. It is used mainly to treat patients with coarse facial wrinkles, areas of blotchy or damaged skin caused by sun exposure, or pre-cancerous growths. Since phenol sometimes lightens the treated areas, your skin pigmentation may be a determining factor as to whether or not this is an appropriate treatment for you. Phenol is primarily used on the face; scarring may result if it's applied to the neck or other body areas.

All chemical peels carry some uncertainty and risk. Chemical peel is normally a safe procedure when it is performed by a qualified, experienced plastic surgeon. However, some unpredictability and risks such as infection and scarring, while infrequent, are possible.

AHA peels may cause stinging, redness, irritation and crusting. However, as the skin adjusts to the treatment regimen, these problems will subside.

Don't know about old scars, but heres a a nice acne treatment. Run it on and off cycle, to prevent and rid yourself of acne.

    Use Pantothentic Acid(B-5)

Run 5 grams for the first week, split by 2 doses, then 10 grans, split by 4 doses for about 3 month or til acne clears up. I see results usually in a week when I break out on my back, and am clear with in 4 weeks. There's a ton of websites and research explaining how it works.

To each his own. You can try high does of Vitamin A. Acts as a natural alternative to Acutane. Make sure it comes from a natural source, and keep in mind its very toxic at high doses.

I do not know much about it, but there is a review site for this very subject. ALL methods seem to be complete hit and miss. Half the people are satisfied with their surgery, half the people claim it did nothing, or very little to help the appearance of the face. My scars keep getting better every day, and I have been off accutane for 5 months. If your scars are from accutane, I suggest you wait 1 year after you end treatment to see if you can heal on your own. I was convinced I needed surgery, but in the last few weeks I finally am starting to see my face heal up and the scars look way better. I think steroids may help with the scars if they do not cause acne (because you had a successful accutane treatment and no longer get acne). This might be due to the increase in GH?
