Is this good while on cycle?

Is this routine good while on cycle? At first I was doing
    Monday- Chest/Tri
    Tuesday- Back/Bi
    Wednesday- Off
    Thursday- Shoulders/Legs
    Friday- Off

    New routine
    Monday- Chest
    Tuesday-Back
    Wednesday- Shoulders
    Thursday- Bi/Tri
    Friday- Legs
I gona hit every muscle harder then my old routine.
Is this a good routine or should I try something else that trains your muscle twice a week since I will recover a little quicker. Something like this:

    Monday- Chest/Shoulders/Tri
    Tuesday- Back/Bi
    Wednesday- Legs
    Thursday- Off
    Friday- Chest/Shoulders/Tri
    Saturday- Back/Bi
    Sunday- Off

    Thanx in advance

    Monday- chest/shoulders/triceps.
    Tuesday- off.
    Wednesday- back/biceps.
    Thursday- off.
    Friday- legs.
    Saturday/Sunday- off.

Don't bother hitting each muscle group more than once a week. And the harder you hit it, the more rest it's going to need. People think the more they hit the muscle the more it will grow but it's the opposite.

If a routine is working well for you, keep with it. I just feel not enough people give their body rest and train 6x week for 2 hours a day. Not necessary.

    My workouts

    I used to do

    Mon/Thur = bies and back
    Tue/Fri = chest and tries
    wens = shoulders and legs
    Sat and Sun off

This woked great , strength climbed fast and I got huge.

Im now on a Test E cycle so I just switched to =

    Day 1= Bies and back
Day 2 = Chest and tries
    Day 3= shoulders and legs
    Day 4= OFF
Day5 = start over again at day 1.

I dont really work and have a easy life. As long as you dont work the same muscle's to soon you can do them twice a week. Just space them out right. Back takes around 100 hours to heal so if I feel it needs it I will do it light. I have done one muscle a day, once a week and for me I had better results at 2 muscles a day 2x a week. Just me though. I get plenty of rest.

Kool thanx for y'all replies. But when I do chest/shoulders/Tri I take almost 2hrs in the gym. And I don't like training more then 1hr 15 mins.

One last question. I injected on my left thigh a week ago, and want to inject in the same spot BUT I still have a little bruse there. Can I inject there since I can't inject on my right cause I did that thigh last friday

I'm sure you would be fine but why not just inject in your ass or shoulder?

    Saturday - Legs & Abs
    Sunday - Chest & Tri
    Monday - Off
    Tuesday - Back & Bi
    Wednesday - Shoulders Abs

I find this works well for me. I do a shit tonne of work (like 20 sets of 6-8 reps) per major muscle group, 4 sets for tris & bis. Have the work capacity while on AAS to do this, recovery is ample and so far progress has been great.

I don't know that it would be the same for everyone. But certainly while on cycle you can really smash the muscle once a week.

By the way, I'm in the gym just on 2hrs, sometimes a little less, and have no problems sustaining intensity. I rotate exercises carefully though. For example when I do chest I'll flat bench, then pec machine, then flat db bench, then butterfly machine, then incline db bench, then machine chest press, then tri pushdowns. Or back I'll do deadlifts, chinups, seated cable row, hammer lat pulldown, hammer row, shrugs, bb curl.
