test E first ever cycle

just about to run Test E for 10 weeks at 500mg/week. i am going to stack this with dbol for 4 weeks at the start not sure about dose yet tho?

pct week 13 to 16 clomid 100/40/40/40 and nova not sure?

am i on the right track....

Yeah, most people would say just to run test on its own if its a first cycle, but i doubt 4 weeks of dianabol to kick start would be too bad at 30mg a day?

Nolva dose for PCT will be 40/40/20/20 from weeks 1-4, respectively.

i would highly recommend HCG during cycle, but make sure you take an AI with it as well, such as aromasin, HCG is great and i dont see why everyone does not take it, HCG essentailly tells your testicles to not shutdown while on cycle. HCG is a replacement for your natural LH (luteinizing hormone). LH is what your body produces to tell your testicles to produce natural testosterone. LH levels drop when using AAS. Using HCG while on cycle prevents testicular shrinkage, speeding PCT when the time comes.

I dont understand your post, Are you telling him to run a pct while he is on cycle?

honestly considering i just completed a 500 mg test e cycle i think u'd want the d-bol, on my my cycle i only gained maybe twice as fast as i would natty and whenever i see ppls cycle results using d-bol with test e, they gain super fast for the first 4 weeks.

yeah i had my first ijection today 250mg test E and ! dianabol tablet 25%mg each. i got them last minute off a mate due to ur post lovetospoonge23...

why cant he run low dose of nolva on cycle?

He can, but most people don't need nolva for the gyno reasons while on cycle of just test. If he runs dbol he may increase risk of gyno sides a bit, but i wouldn't just run nolva while on cycle unless i saw gyno coming.

Since you already started I guess its to late to tell you your still a little to young to start a cycle but oh well to each his own....check out this thread if you havent already.
