Sore nipple lump, confused???

Im at the end of my 12 week cycle. I started of with a test/deca/oxy bulk for the main part. I always get sore nipples at some point, and I did this time, as expected. I used nolva/arimidex and kept it at bay and within a week all soreness and any signs had gone.

Then, on my last 4 weeks, 3 into it now, I started with (Dropped deca weeks ago) adding winny/var/clen in there. I was offshore when on this part, and had not had sore nipples or anything for about 7 weeks and therefore never thought that, now on var etc, that I would have this problem. But, I did?!? My left nipple has a hard lump, and is sore and itchy sometimes! I was offshore for 2 weeks and suffered a week like this before coming home. I got home and used nolva/arimidex and take 0.5 arimidex in the am, and same at night and also just upped nolva to 40mg per day too. Still, no sign of this disappearing???!

Firstly, why and how did i get this in the first place?

Secondly, why has it not gone or started to go by now??

Any advice or help is appreciated....

Well taking nolva and adex together is not the best idea they reduce each others effectiveness. Your post is a little wacky I`m not sure I understand what your exact cycle was.

it sounds like some gyno is forming, i suggest that you add some clomid into the mix

Ahhhh....welll! THats probably my answer right there! I didnt know that using the two together was counter productive! I was using the 2 cos I wanted to attack from both angles so to speak but clearly a mistake!

As of today, Ill just use arimidex!

Clomid?? For gyno?? Will be using it in my PCT in few weeks....

been on 1-1.5 mg of arimidex alone for the last week but its still there just the same??

any ideas??

clomid wont help.

and nolva and a-dex dont help with deca. It may be caused progesterone

So nolva and adex reduce effectiveness of eachother, anyone know how much they effect eachother,
