Lets start off with my stats...
24 yrs young, 5'-11".. 210lbs... i usually like to work out 5 times a week... which consists of weight training and about 30-45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical...
i eat a pretty healthy, little to no sugar except from fruits..no salt... plenty of protien and only carbs in the 1st half of the day...
on the track that im on, i should be able to get down to about 190lbs by Memorial Day Weekend.. my only concern is that things dont always go according to plan and i want to make sure that im in the shape i want to be in for the summer...
ive been told that clenbuterol is the best way to "look good" but that seems to be a bit extreme and perhaps a last resort...
i wanted to find something similar to it. does anyone know of anything that could burn off those few extra pounds, this is pretty much an insurance measure..
please no responses saying just to do more cardio and and focus on diet... i already know that, this thread is more about knowing what good fat burners are out there...
