delt swelling.

I inject my self and rotate between my theighs and shoulders. Last night i shot my right shoulder as usuall and it's came up in a long swelling. Is this just a bad injection. It's went a funny shape. Not really painfull but i can see it like a long lump.
Any info would be great

I get that also at times on my delt it will go away in about 3 days nothing to worry about. but if it gets red and hott in a few days I would go get it checked out but I don't think its anything to worry about I get them at times.
