    first cycle

    im 35 yrs old
    5' 6"
    148 lbs.
    about 12% bf
    my diet is good
    ive been lifting on and off for 15 yrs now.
    i train and compete MMA and BJJ, so i have to make a weight class (dont wanna put on a lot of weight)
    i wanna loos body fat, gain strength & mussel endruance.
    i was going to do just Anavar alone but am having a hard time getting it.
    so im gonna start an equipoise and test. E. cycle. i was gonna run a fairly low dose of the test so not to gain too much mass. but my questions are..
    1) how much test and equipoise should i run and for how long
    2) if i do come across the Anavar should i add it to this cycle at maybe 40-50 mg/day
    3) please give my your thoughts on this cycle all together

    i train usually 3 times a day, weights, cardo and sparing & technique

    ok, so i started this cycle yesterday, i wish i had got some input on here..but whatever... im gonna do 300mg test e and 300mg equipoise every 5 days.. any input would be helpfull

    Some tweaks in your diet could remedy this. Everyone says their diet is good, so enlighten me and please show me in detail what yours looks like. Dont continue this cycle if there is a way we can help you obtain your goals without the use of AAS.

    I would ditch the EQ all together and save it for your next cycle, just do 1 compound because its a first cycle.

    Test e 500mg a week
    250mg monday and thurs

    You are an idot, that cycle sucks and you are taking the shots at incorect intervals. Have fun messing yourself up.

    Did you do any research at all or did you just pull this cycle outta no where? There are several threads in this forum discussing beginner cycles and this is nowhere close to any of them. Good luck. What is your PCT, if you even have one.

    if you just want to drop b/f than var 60mgs day for 6 weeks would be a better choice because the test will hold water which will obviously increase weight and probually raise b/f and the eq will make you want to eat constantly which again will increase weight but hey its your choice but i think it will do the exact opposite of what you are looking for

    Redz... No need to be a dick... What intervals should I be taking them at and why... The reason I was doing every 5 days and not two e a week is cause I didn't wanna do 600mg a week but don't know how else to portion it cause it 300mg/ml?

    1/2cc every 3 days would be a much better spaced and low dose. use the test e ONLY. the first cycle doesn't need to be a stack. i hope you have nolvadex and/or clomid for PCT, your in trouble if not; please read up on this stuff before jumping in. any AAS is no joke.

    Ok.. Thank u..& I have nolva. & clomid... Just curious what's the differance between every 3 days or every 5?

    ive tried different thing with my diet... right now cause of my job i cant eat ever few hours like i would like

    6 am - i have oatmeal with some fruit
    8:30 am- some scrambled eggs mabe a have a bowl of rasin bran with 2% milk
    11am- either a protein shake or a protein bar
    1-1:30pm- some grilled chicken brown rice and veggies
    5pm more chicken or maybe steak of some kind and some veggies
    8:30 protein shake


    i try to mix up what i eat on a daily basis so i dont get bored with it.. but this is a typical day
