Im new here...
I weigh 68 kilos (147 pounds) currently I am 5"10.
My diet is on track
Weekdays:
curently a protiene shake for breakfast
brown roll with chicken / lettuce / tomatoe lunch
almonds snack
dinner fish or chicken with salad or vaegis
Weekends:
Too many cocktails / No sleep
Pizza on sundays ....
Wow being honest feels good
Any way... I have been using clen on and off with good results for years - i have always had a tall and slim figure.....
I have just decided to get 100% serious about building a fitness models body... But i need your help!
Training consists of
weekdays:
Combination of resistance cardio at 60-80% heart rate usually 20mins -40 mins a day.
Mixed with lifting upper body one day and lower body the next - at 80% max rep usually 12- 16 reps till fail ... or fatigue.
Saturday I do cardio BUT sunday I eat PIZZA &CHOC!!! i cant help myself
So all week i feel great train hard - but by monday i am water ( and pizza ) retention queen!
I am currently using clen - I was taking way too much at one stage 15mgs (1.5mls) a day .... too much i would get sick very sick(shakes /nausia).
Now im down to 5mgs a morning and 5mgs in the afternoon... I cant feel it any more but i hope this is the right way to spread it evenly over the day.
I have decided to stack with var should I do the 5mgs of clen with 5mgs of var? Or would you suggest taking more or less of each....
I know i have to clean up my weeknds.. it just sooo hard !!!
Any advice would be amazing x
