    Any extreme side effects of anavar?!

    hey just wondering if ther are any extreme side effects of anavar and if you need a drug like nolvadex to counter if like to use in the off cycle

    anavar- week 1/week 2/week 3/week 4/ / / / /
    nolvadex?- / / / /week 5/week 6/week 7/week 8/

    just an example but is that neccasary? i might substitute 'var with d-bol or maybe after one full cycle of var switch to tren .

    age: 36
    height: 5' 9"
    weight: 230
    bmi: 12%
    extra: im in the gym 5 days a week 2 times a day and have a pretty good diet. i rarely eat any fast food and its all red meat potatoes and carb loadin every once in a while.

    training schedule:
    mon a.m.- delts, traps
    p.m.-chest, tris
    teus a.m.-abs, low back
    p.m.-bis, lats
    wed a.m. nothing
    p.m.- quads
    thu a.m.- glutes, hams
    p.m.-calves, forearms
    fri a.m.-max out: squat, hang clean
    p.m.-max out: bench, rows

    well, you post started off good.

    Is this your first cycle?

    Var is really mild and I doubt you'll see any side effects. But I'd run it for more than 4 weeks.

    Yes, a PCT is required.

    "Switching var to dbol then going to tren "? What? Just sounds like a train wreck, my friend.

    yes its my first cycle and when i was talking about dbol and tren i meant i may do dbol instead of anavar to start out and then after i do a full cycle of dbol or anavar whichever and the pct i may use tren because i heard it adds alot of muscle. and what is a pct?

    my goals are strength for sports and mass and fat loss would be great.

    ok ill take that into consideration. but what would you reccomend if i want to bulk up with dense muscle?

    A lot those exercise could be include together without over training and wasting too many hours in the gym

    Your cholesterol levels could go through the roof. Only negative i have experienced on var
