Is using PCT after a cycle of AAS the only way to keep the gains you made? I have used AAS in the past and used NOLVA after finished with cycle and continued to work out but lost alot of the gains I made. I have a hyper active metabolism and whatever I eat I burn off immediatly. I find myself struggling to keep the gains made and would like to ask for some help with advice on the best way to maintain the gains. Please dont laugh at this problem because Im fairly new to AAS, like I said have used in the past, as a novice, just to see if it was the only way to acheive good, quality gains because I have gone the creatine, mass protein, and mass suplement way, with pro-hormones and never got good gains, yeah major strenght gains, but couldnt get BIGGER.
