    unsure of body fat %
    i been working out for 3 years
    and and a good routine for the last year

    BF% is going to be important. At that height and weight you may be ripped, or you may be technically overweight... it makes a huge difference

    i am not ripped and i am not overweight

    i am heavy.. last time i checked was 2 years ago and i was 20% but again that was 2 years and i have gained about 5lbs since..

    i also have Pentadex 300 and 4cc of sus 250

    Ok, 20% 2 years ago, and you have gained about 5lbs. I am going to guess you are prob between 18 - 21% right now.

    First off, you will need to get your BF% down to around 12%, 13 or 14 at the absolute max before you start any cycles.

    What does your diet look like right now?

    i read alot of site andbeen eating very good.. on a new work sch that changes every other mtg\h.. i am eatin from 2 times a day to 4.. working on eating atleast 6times... i eat mostly greens, chicken dailly and then beef once a week

    stupidlly i took 1 cycle of wiini solo and it did nothing waste my money...

    i not looking for great direction from a vet or someone that knows what they are doin

    Ok, here is what you need to do first. I understand that your work schedule changes, but if you want to make this work, you are going to have to change up your diet. Starting tomorrow, write down everything you eat from the time you get up to the time you go to bed, and list is all like this:

    Meal 1:
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)

    Meal 2:
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)

    Meal 3:
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)
    xxxxxx (Cal. xxg, Fat xxg, Carbs xxg, Protein xxg)

    etc. etc. etc.

    Then we can start working on what needs to be changed to get you going in the right direction.

    breakfest cal 187 fat 13 carbs 45g, protein 6g

    snack cal 200 fat 12% carbs 33g, protein 1g

    lunch cal 635 fat 308 carbs 30.46g, protein 23g

    dinner Cal. 152, Fat 14, Carbs 21.21g, Protein 3.6

    Cool

    for the most part yes... some day less... it is tough for me to eat more then 2x times a day.. but i am tryin... i grew up eating 1 big meal a day and it was late... but i am shooting for 6x time as lots of people told me that this will work to cut lbs..

    Ok, well based on the macros you gave me for a day of eating, your totals look like this:

    Cal. 1174g
    Carbs. 130g
    Protein 34g
    Fat 347g

    Now, lets compare that to what our member Rambo put as a primer cutting diet for a day:

    Carbs. 130g
    Protein 300g
    Fat 50g

    And that is with 6 meals. Now again, that is just a primer, and it may not work for you, but you can see where you are going wrong. I suggest you head over to the diet section http://forums.steroid.com/forumdisplay.php?f=6 and post up your diet with your macros and your goals, and let them critique it to work for you.

    I would like to help you more, but I am not a diet expert, but this should get you going in the right direction. Until you get to the point where you are around 12% BF, dont worry about stacking anything except for food.
