PCT for a beginner

Hi guys, i want to do my first cycle and im looking at 500mg of test C a week for 8 weeks.
And im really not sure what i should be doing for my PCT.
There is so much conflict in people's advice.
Ive read about clomid and nolvadex , but everybody says different things about how much to take and when to start.
Any advice? and do you suggest anything different or additional?

8 weeks is too short for test C.

What are your stats?

Im 22 years old, 5'8 and around 180lbs with 14% body fat.

Your still kinda young to be starting a cycle your natural test levels should be very high at your age. If you are going to run that cycle i would run it for 12 weeks as D7 said 8 weeks is not really enough.A standard pct would look like this
nolva
40/20/20/20
clomid
100/50/50/50

When should i start the PCT?
and ive heard that it may be a good idea to use some clomid during the cycle to prevent aromatization. Is this a good idea, and if so, how much do you take and when?

stick to whats above dont worry about using clomid on cycle use it in pct,your pct starts 18days after last shot.

One more question, will i need to to anything additional as an anti oestrogen?
And would you advise clomid or nolva for pct?
