Think I Hit a Vein?

I just had my weekly Deca shot. In to the left quad.

On the way in I went through a real sensitive spot that made my muscle twitch briefly. As I penetrate the skin and muscle rather quick, I kept pushing through it before I could even think to pull out or anything.

The twitch and 'pain' was real brief, so as I got the needle to the correct depth (1 1/4" needle), I aspirated and there was no blood, so I injected the Deca.

On the way out there was no repeat of the pain or twitch. Barely a drop of blood after.

Could I have done any damage? Anyone experienced this?

I've had my quads twitch tons of times while injecting.

If you aspirated and didn't see blood, relax, go eat and lift some heavy weights.

I'm doing Test E 500mg and Deca 375mg a week.
