You'd have better luck posting your diet in the diet section,

and your training in the workout section.

cycle looks fine to me once you cut down....

It all looks ok to me, are you still losing fat on that current routine?

If so , just be patient and stick at it, the results will come

Your eating alot to lose fat imo. As far as your workouts its better to do back and bi's on the same day and chest and tri's on the same day. You seem dedicated and I think you will achieve your goals if you keep at it. If your current main goal is to lose fat then I would cut back on the deit bro. Eat less frequently.

thx I thought it was better to eat like 6 x day smaller meals?
I'm forcing myself to eat that much so it would actually be easier to cut back... I also don't want to lose muscle and thought I'd need the protein 2 help that...???

Where the healthy fats in your diet? Try adding Some healthy oils into all your meals, A couple of caps of fish oil per meal will do wonders for your health, not to mention increased joint lubrication, it will help keep your eyes healthy too, Skin and the added benefit of helping hormones move through the body.....

You are eating 8 meals a day - eliminate the 2 beef patty meals altogether, including rice. That puts you at 6 meals which is better. Definitely add the good fats as suggested - EFAs, fish oil, etc... You should see some results from this minor tweak. All else looks good. Keep up the good work!

Also, at your weight and goals, I would keep my protein intake around 300-350g per day.

thanx jeff... Wow 300-350 g prot/day lol that's a lot... I'm curious I heard ur body can only process 30g pro per 3 hrs by a doctor so what does all the xtra protein do? 300g would take 30 hrs at that rate right?
