Best option for these circumstances

Been training 15 years, 220lbs, 16%. 4 cycles, everything from test to halo, T3 and clen. Good PCT everytime.
In wintertime train in the gym and do what I've been doing for a few years now... powerlift the big 3 and body build the rest. In the summertime I compete at long distance triathlon. They are at completely opposite ends of the scale but I really like doing this.
Anyway this winter I piled on a lot of BF and need to get back to being lean and fit for the summer. Now I know there are no AAS that do not shut you down but I want to run a mild AAS that will keep me anabolic while cutting my pounds down. Ill be doing up to 25 hours / week of cardio and thats catabolic city! so my question is.....
Can I run a mild AAS with Clomid or something for 6 weeks and run no PCT. I will cycle for size and strength starting again in november so I cant afford to go all out with test and a big PCT
SO.... would VAR at say 20 - 40 mg /day with clomid at 50mg / day for just 4 to 6 weeks work? maybe 4 weeks on / 4 wks off / wks on / etc
