so i'm relatively new to this but here goes.

I'm loking for some sound advice please.

My stats,

been training three years, in good shape, pretty big for my height 5'9 at 90 kilos pretty lean (about 180 lbs) my abs are there, not the best though, chest is carrying a bit of fat, (my hang up is my chest) a little on the sides and lower abs but the rest is rippling and lean.

Have done one aas cycle, sust 250 every second day, kick started the cycle with d bol, starting at 20 mg per day working up to 50 then back down with a good pct (hcg) and ran clomid throughout the course, went up to like 97 kilos over ten weeks but was pretty watery with it. cut right down, been dieting since nov 2009.

im 22 by the way.

so i have got myself 6 months worth or **********, good source and two bottles of one rip (test blend for cutting up and gaining size)

basically i intend to run the hyge mon tues thurs fri sat at 4 iu each of those days, in the am and early pm, incorporating the one rip at weeks 8 to 12 to(heard that this is the best time to incorporate aas as Igf-1 is elevated), i also have 100 tabs of t-3, not too sure when to incorporate these, also have a good pct for the test blend.

I have done a lot of research and read a million forums however have never posted and had the advice / criticism directed at myself so wanted to get some sound advice.

I would prefer not to be hauled over th coals as I am not stupid and am aware of all the factors involved but if anyone can offer there expertise it would be appreciated.
