Few steps before starting a cycle....

Hi,
I need an approval for this cycle, is it responsible enough?
Is the chanse for gyno is small enough?
Weeks 1-14:Nolvadex 10 mg ED.
Weeks 1-14:L-dex 0.25 mg ED.
Weeks 3-6: D-bol 40 mg ED.
Weeks 3-12: Test Cyp 400 mg/wk.
PCT-18 days after last Test inj.
Day 1: 300 mg Clomid, 20 mg Nolvadex, 0.25 mg L-dex.
Day 2-30: 100 mg Clomid, 20 mg Nolvadex, 0.25 mg L-dex.
Day 31-37: 20 mg Nolvadex, 0.25 mg L-dex.
* During the PCT 4 g Tribulus ED.
This is my second cycle, my first one was oral Winstrol , minimum effect, not very bright.
Im 29, 81 kg, 11%BF.
In addition, should i take 0.25 mg Letro instead of the L-dex? (is it better?)
Should i add proviron because of it's anti estrogenic effect+ I read that it binds to blood proteins & leaves more free test in the blood?
What about turinabol ? (Got a recommendation)

Are you that severely gyno prone, or just paranoid?

At 400mg/wk test, you shouldn't have alot of problems, but if you do, either nolva or adex should do the trick. Don't think you'll need letro, especially only as a precautionary. letro should be your last resort.

300mg of clomid, even for the first day of pct, is over kill, imo.

I've always done well recovering with milder doses of SERMS over a longer period.

Tribulus will be a waste of money in your pct, imo.

It's ok to be paranoid, but don't let it over-come you.

Instead, just be prepared.

If ERSE arise, I would just start the nolva or the adex.

I really don't see a need to start them both a few weeks before your cycle starts

I don't think you'll need proviron for your first "real" (ie, injectable) cycle.

Yes, you can take Liv52 after your dbol run.

Hello I need some advice please, I took steriods (deca ,dianabol , sustenon) over a 5 year period, I used about 30 injections each over the 3 year period. I never used anything for ati-gyno.

It has been over 6 years now since I last taken any roids....do I still need to take anything for anti-gyno or is it to late...I have notice my breats getting more softer
