Hey guys,
Here is my plan for my next cycle. Test heptylate @500mg a week for 12 weeks. I plan on adding Var at either 80mg or 100mg a day for 6 weeks. I was originally planning on running it from weeks 6-12. I want to lean up and be shredded for the summer, so I was thinking would it be better to run the var right from the start? I will also be following a diet similar to this one

PCT will be clomid at 100/100/50/50 and nolva 40/20/20/20.
My stats:
age 23
6'0"
225lbs
around 15% BF
training consistently since 16
Previous cycle:
Test Heptylate for 9 weeks at 500mg a week
Had good gains from this
Kept about half of them after PCT
Your guys input would be greatly appreciated.
