Alright, yeah cuz I for some reason have a hard time putting it in my right which is weird cuz I can use both left and right hands to do anything, so I was going to just use one side in different areas.

Nothing? You'll build up to much scar tissue and have possible infection, or messed up muscle tissue/use, if its excessive.

^^^^ lol jk bout the about reply!! na there isnt much blood vessels through there. BUT the schiatic nerve runs through there. it runs closer from the spine to the "anus" DO NOT HIT THAT!! just google the schiatic nerve to find its position and look up spot injections while your at it. a guy i used to work out with got in a motocross accident and damaged this nerve. his whole left side is half the size of his right and will never get it up to par.

Well I was going to do two injections a week in the same area, (not the same spot) so I;m not sure if that would constitute as excessive where I could possibly experience those problems

Well I don't know why but maybe you might.. I tried the other side and while putting it in it hurt... I only put it in a little bit before I said screw this and switched back to the other side. The other side doesn't hurt at all... I don't even feel it, but for some reason it felt very uncomfortable when I tried the other side... I don't know why... could it be it wasn't in the right spot?

yes sir, my left quad always hurt and my right was like butter, it just has to do with hitting it at a different angle with a different hand (or the same if you're flexible). It's just something I learned to deal with. If you don't like it try 1 side glute and then each side quad and see which is easier, then switch between those quad/glute.

That sounds confusing but you get what I'm saying use your quad and glute every other injection and use whichever were the least painful.
