starting a cycle to get stronger
i have Pentadex 300, winni .50, clen .20 and 4cc of sus 250
looking how to make this into a cycle.. i dont know what to stack and amounts
ima newbi
im 28
233lbs
about 20% bf
6foot
work out daily and for a good year training for 4 years
i started a good diet but always lo

Need to get your BF% down before you start, at least to around 12 - 13%. Run your diet and get some good cardio in for a while until you get it down.
What does your diet look like?

First of all you need to spend more time reading posts and asking questions. Research, research, research. Don't just jump right into a cycle without a clue. You would easily be able to formulate a cycle by yourself if you did the research. (meaning how to, amounts, and when to take your AAS).
Second, you do not have enough test (Sust 250) 4 cc is not enough for a cycle. I don't know how much Pentadex300 you have on hand but You need at least 10 cc's, but 20 cc's would be better for a cycle. A cycle should not be less then 8 wks and you would be lucky to get 4 wks out of what you have on hand. and that would be taking 250mgs per wk and 500mgs is preferable.
Third, you need to get you BF% down to at least 10-12% Less then that would be better but 20 % is WAY too high and your just gonna waste your AAS.
I'm not trying to be negative bro, I am just giving you the facts! And anyone on here would tell you the same. You probably don't want this answer and you will probably do it anyway. thank you all...
the frist post i asked what i should to lean up.... started the diet
but i figure i would want to bulk up now and then come summer i would then thin down... understanding there is no again no short cut or quick fix... i have pex for a 8 weeks... i didnt get enough sus for now
i guess now im looking to see what i could take to help lower my bf with card
note i am new but what does aas mean? i saw that term a few times
and trust me i am always reading but i think i would feel comfy when it comes for someone to help tell me what to take.. since a few of u have done a few cycle b4

AAS would be Anabolic Androgenic Steroid . I'm sure you'll hear it alot around here.

#1 it's a little late to start bulking then cut for summer. Summer is only 3 months out. Now is the time to finish bulking and start cutting. What do people think? Do you think you cut in 1 month? God that is hard on your body and you really screw yourself up. People need to stop wanting/looking for a quick fix. Dont look for results in a month but rather 3-6 months. 3 is just the start when you will see some change.
Take the advise that was given for diet, stick to it and see how it goes for 6 months.
