    Clen and T3 or just Clen?

    In reducing body fat, I understand nothing beats good ole fashion cardio and diet. However, in assistance, what has been best reults from Clen and t3 from users? I have seen some with both and some with just Clen.

    If using t3, do most add a Test base to help with eating through muscle and fat? How much more body fat will the t3 eat through as opposed to just Clen by itself?

    t3 is harsh and can cause future throid problems, as well as clen can cause high bp and can affect your heart. now having said that, i just added some clen to my cardio routine along with me test e cycle and i can literally see a definite fat drop within two weeks. I've had good results but your diet also has to be in check...

    I was thinking of just clen because of the fear of the long term effects on the thyroid and also lack to distunguish between eating through fat and muscle with t3. I agree, it is all tied to diet with the cardio FIRST. I just didn't know what folks thought of t3 coupled with the clen. I have heard more bad about the t3 than I have with the clen.

    my wife did 6 week runs of clen with keto and had great results along with cardio.... i would def. reccomend as long as you were doin the cardio and eating right.... t3 seems to dangerous for my tastes and when you stop taking it if it doesnt work at all its gonna go to the way it was before the meds.... you dont have that prob with clen unless you eat like crap when you stop that

    I was thinking of running taper up taper down for with 2 on and 2 off with the clen for 6 weeks. Along with tight diet and cardio of course. I look at clen as an addition, not the solution.
