First of all, i have been reading alout around and many says that you can't start a cycle before you have 12-13% of body fat. Why is that?
I haven't measured my body fat since last summer. Then it was 11.8% at best. Probably a little bit more know.
I ran a t-bol cycle last year, so this will be my second time.
my stats are:
24 y old
86 kg
181 cm
I want to reduce my bodyfat and is right know on a diet.
i have about 2100kcal,90g karb,80g fat,260g protein.
Im training strength 5 times a week. And cardio the same.
I want to have a cycle with clen. 2weeks on 2weeks of.
I was wondering if i could use t-bol to retain muscle?
And also after i would use winstrol.
