Hey guys. I've done a few cycles on the past. Mostly dbol, test/decca. I took a few years off, due to having a new baby, of what I like to call "hard core" working out. I've been basically maintaining myself, going to the gym 2 or 3 days a week to keep the fat off and strength in check.
Over the past 4 or 5 months, I've been slowly hitting it harder. I am not where I once was as far as size and strength, but I am not making much progess as of lately. But, sadly am getting impatient, lol.
My stats are:
30 Years old.
5"7, 155 pounds. Body fat was around 15% a month ago. Although, I wouldn't bet my life on the digital machine gizmo at the gym. But, that sounds about right. Given I was 10% 2 years ago in my prime.
My diet consist of about 3,000+ calories a day. Roughly 175-200 grams of protein. I bulk clean. Not a rookie with food. I used to have to gain and cut weight for boxing.
So here is what I'm, thinking;
Test/Decca (or EQ) 500/500 mg weekly for 8 to 10 weeks.
Nolv/Clom PCT. I have this sitting in my room, planning on starting this weekend.
I've read the stickies. My questions is, should I run 8 or 10 weeks? Should I add or subtract an element to my cycle?
