Help with dosing clen/keto/taurine

Just got my shipment of clen keto and taurine.

the liquid came with a 3ml syringe. i want to start out with 20mcg of clen, so how much is that in the syringe? also when do i start the keto and how much of that?? Same with the taurine, 500 mg pills, how many do i need a day? i'm trying to lose as much weight as possible within the next 6 weeks.

PLEASE advise so that I can get on it in the morning!! THANKS!!

well ususally when you order it .. they would tell you how many mg per ml

did you order from ar-r ?

i take 1000mg of taurine per day and have no cramping problems

Do I take the keto at the same time as the clen.....like in the morning? and do i continue the keto for the rest of the clen cycle? how long do i need to wait before i do my cardio? i usually do my cardio first thing in the morning as its the easiet for me to fit in then.

there is 200mcg/ml... they gave me a 3ml syringe. SO... lol... how much is 20mcg?? thats what i start at right?

take keto at night because it will make you sleepy whats your keto dosed at?

The Keto is 30mL 1mg/mL

The standard keto dose is 1 mg at bedtime - so thats 1 ml. If you're a female I'm not sure about the dosing, you might want to try searching more on the board for keto AND female. It probably wouldn't hurt to use the normal dose, but I'd do a search first.

yeah... normal is 1mg take it an hour before bed and you'll sleep like a baby
