I've never done a cycle before but I want to get in shape for summer I just turned 40 I am 5'8" and weigh 185 I run 4 miles in the morning and lift for 45 minutes in the afternoon 4 days on 1 day off. I'm interested in boosting strength and definition but not necessarily size maybe gain 5 to 7 lbs of muscle. I was told to do 50mg of test and 50mg of winstrol every every 3 days for 6 weeks and then take 4 weeks off and then do it again. Is this a good cycle and will I need a pct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
