    winnie test cycle

    I've never done a cycle before but I want to get in shape for summer I just turned 40 I am 5'8" and weigh 185 I run 4 miles in the morning and lift for 45 minutes in the afternoon 4 days on 1 day off. I'm interested in boosting strength and definition but not necessarily size maybe gain 5 to 7 lbs of muscle. I was told to do 50mg of test and 50mg of winstrol every every 3 days for 6 weeks and then take 4 weeks off and then do it again. Is this a good cycle and will I need a pct. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I forgot to post my diet I eat whole grain cereal and 2 eggs for breakfast a protein shake for snack then vegetable soup and a chicken breast for lunch another protein shake, then salmon, brocoli and green beans for supper

    No, not the best cycle idea.

    And your diet needs some work....
