So i havn't been on this forum in 1yr since my last cycle and need some advice.
Last year about this time I did a Sust/Deca cycle. I didnt get all the results i wanted b/c my bodyfat was higher than it should have been.
Ive been working out on an off for 4yrs. Hard these past 2yrs.
I am currently on a low/no carb diet eating very lean and health.
Im 6'4 220lb im going to get my bodayfat checked again before i start the winnie its prob somewhere around 15-18.
I am about to start clen at 80 mcg's for 50 days followed by Winnie
Stanoplex 50 at 100mg a day for 40 days
My questions are as follows:
1. What kind of side effects will i feel from 80 mcg's of clen a day? And what is the best schedule for full effect?
2. Can I take the winne by its self for I really don't want to do test as of right now.
I am really just wanting to be ripped for the summer and put a little more size on. I already have size and not looking to get that much bigger just want to lose weight and get cut. My gear is already on the way and just would like a little feed back.
