Workout history-last 20 months @ 6days a week, average workout lasts an 1hr & 15mins (more of a bodybuilder style of work out). In the last three weeks I have switched to a powerlifting routine based on 5*5 on my three core lifts > Deads, Bench, & Squats. Deads on Mondays, Bench on Wednesdays, & Squats on Fridays. Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays are mild pump days where I work on the smaller muscle groups. I hope I'm giving enough background information here & it's not too confusing? With that being said, I'm looking to add a low dose suppliment to my diet to help aid my goal of reaching a weight of 220lbs @ 10% bodyfat. Abombs (50mg-red pills) are what seems to be readily here & is the route I'm looking to take. This is my first go at anything of this nature so I'm a little nervous & have lots of questions, before I take the dive.
Below are a list of questions/ideas I have on starting this suppliment. I would greatly appriciate any/all feedback from you guys on all items listed below.
1. I'm looking to a 50mg dose only three times a week, for my three core lifts.
2. I'm planning on a 10wk cycle @ 3 doses a week. What kind of break time between my first & second cycle would you guys reccomend?
3. I'm planning on doing no more than 3 cycles total. Is it foolish for me to believe I can maintain the gain after three cycles, without future use of the suppliment? Or is this an all or nothing deal?
4. What time frame should I take the Abomb before I work out, is 30mins enough?
5. During use how much protien & water should I be getting each day?
6. Is roidrage guaranteed w/Abombs?
7. What kind of foods should I eat to help aid my liver during use? This is probably my biggest concern.
8. What seems to be the most consistant side effect to Abomb? A what can I do to help aid against it?
This is about all I can think of now & appriciate any feedback.
