    Please help...

I am new to this whole thing. I have been doing a little research here and there, but I am not finding the answers I am looking for. When I do find answers I find other sites that contradict what I read previously. I seem to have gained a few pounds of fat recently and now I am just a fat ass. I am looking for something to boost my metabolism. I have tried Xenadrine and Hydroxycut and some others. Nothing seems to work so now I am looking for something else. If anyone can help me on what would be the best thing to get to lose fat and get a little more toned, that would be very helpful. I am not looking to gain mass because right now I am 6'0 and roughly 265. My bodyfat content is right around 35%. I need to lose this fat and fast. Please help.

Diet is the key, I know it's not what you wanted to hear but it's true.

Diet and cardio will get you there with time. There is no quck fix, you must work hard and eat right. Best of luck

I have changed my diet drastically with no results. I do alot of cardio. I run about 3 miles a day and since I am getting older, I think my metabolism has slowed down. Thank you all for your replies.

Also, if anyone has any diet/nutrition guides that may help, I am open to suggestions.

its possibly hormones too. I would go to the dr and get some bloodwork done. Check your test and thyroid
