    Question Newbie please help out!!!!!!!!!!!

    ok I am new to the steroid world...I am about to start test prop and d-bol for atleast the first 6 weeks then possibly add deca into it after that. To tell you a lil about myself. I am 23 years old. im 6'1 185 lbs. I would say I cut very easy and am pretty cut right now just not that big. I was wondering how often to take the test prop and the d-bol and what kind of diet should i be on...any advice would be appreciated...thanks guys

    guess i will be the preemptive strike..

    your going to hear that you need to get your diet and training right and that you are too thin at 6'1" and 185 to start AAS. You are also going to hear that on your first cycle Test should be the only thing you should be taking. It will be said that until you know how your body handles each chemical to play it safe and use only one so as to know which one you are getting any reactions from. It will also be said that you need to read up on the diet section and training section for awhile, progress naturally until your body has peaked and then consider AAS.

    And this will all be said in the guise of "helping you". And i agree with all of it..

    Seriously, you have plenty of time - your young and your natural Test should be a fargin waterfall right now. Use it up and eat and train as though the world will end tomorrow and you will see fantastic results. If not, make sure you study up on your PCT and have all gear on hand before you begin. good luck.

    thanks alot...as far as trying to progress naturally it is very hard for me to gain weight...I am getting stronger but my size and muscle mass has been about the same since i graduated from high school. I certainly understand the one chemical at a time. If I do use the test prop how often should I inject it? and if no side effects and I introduce the D-bol how long should I look for side effects before I begin the D-bol?

    If you are gaining strength then your muscle mass is not the same. It may appear the same but you are building more dense muscle if you are stronger. And, if you are gaining strength you are not at your full potential and should not start AAS yet.

    "and if no side effects and I introduce the D-bol how long should I look for side effects before I begin the D-bol?" This statement shows me that you have not done your homework. Dbol is fast acting and used at the beginning of a cycle to "jumpstart" your lifting before the Test kicks in and should only be used for short periods of time as it is liver toxic and will cause more sides than Test.

    Seriously, please study all the information on this site and get your diet and lifting regime squared and come back and ask these sort of questions when you have topped out naturally.

    You should read up in the diet section and study macronutrients and how and when to eat what and also study up in the fitness forum and learn new ways to shock and refine your muscle. And, most importantly, study the PCT section backwards and forwards before ever beginning a cycle or you may pay dearly.

    It sounds as if you are looking for bulk and the only way to do that is diet and heavy weights with low reps. Slow and deliberate.

    You have plenty of natural Test in your system to achieve all that you wish you just need to be patient and do the proper things to achieve it. I realize i sound like your dad and also that telling a 23 year old to be patient is probably like banging my nads against the wall but the fact is you are looking for a shortcut rather than put in the work.     Your diet is shit don't touch aas. your over 6' and less than 200 pounds. thats your diet.

    The OP should be pointed out that he is "willing" to take advice.

    Where as I see so many not take advice at all at his age.

    thanks alot guys...I am trying to learn as much as I can before I start anything.. I can def tell that i am slowing down naturally but I dont think I have quiet yet peaked but I think I am close...there was a spurt in High School from about the 10 grade where I weighted around a 100 (yes I was very skinny) and by the time I graduated I was 180 and I had hit the weights hard.. I have gained 2 pounds since high school and i graduated when I was 17. I weighted myself 2 days ago and I weigh 182... but I guess I should wait a little longer but I do have a few more questions I will post in another Post so everyone will see it..thanks guys
