Just to give you some background.
I have been working out for about 3 years now. Only taking supplement that you can buy at stores like GNC etc. But now I want to take something more serious to get more gains.

Weight: 220 lbs
Height: 6' 2"
Body Fat %: 16.5%
I want to start with the Novice Cycle #1 I found on this site, with Testosterone Enanthate and Dianabol
I have two questions.
1)What should I take for a PCT and when and how often should I take it.
2)Also do people continue to take creatine and stuff like NOexplode while on steroids.
