Would this be okay to use as part of PCT..?

I have an animal stak with the following ingredients..


-longjack extract complex
-avena sativa extract
-Diindolylmenthane

DHT blockers
-sitosterol
-quercetin

I'm unfamiliar with these, but have done research and everything seems okay, but does anyone see anything here that shouldnt be used during pct?

I would need to research all of the compounds listed.

I can't keep up with the pro hormones and such.

This is actually the one with no pro hormones.. i've done research on these individual compounds, and they seem okay.. but id like to know if in terms of pct, if anyone knows if any of them have a negative effect on it..
