Making sure I have everything in check for my var cycle..

    26 years old
    205 lbs.
    11% bf
    5'10"
    4 solid years of training
    1 previous var-only cycle

I'm planning to take 80mg Anavar per day for 8 weeks to help with my cut. The only reason I'm using this is to keep as much muscle as possible while cutting calories down. I have a couple of questions that I appreciate input on:

    1) I know var is mild on the liver and HPTA, but what kind of cardio sides will I experience at this dose? Is there risk of high bp, thrashing of lipids, or cardiac hypertrophy?

    2) Is this dose enough to keep most of my lbm if I cut kcals to about 750 below maintenance?

    3) I will be following a keto diet during those 8 weeks, will that cause any risk in conjunction with dosing var?

    4) Is 4 weeks of clomid at 25mg/day sufficient pct for var?

    Thanks guys.

    3) I will be following a keto diet during those 8 weeks, will that cause any risk in conjunction with dosing var? I do not think so

    4) Is 4 weeks of clomid at 25mg/day sufficient pct for var? only blood work can tell

    Thanks guys.

    ^Agreed with BJJ.

And why are you dropping cal 750 under maintenance?

Thanks BJJ. What do you suggest I do to keep lipids under control?

If you remember last year, my fat loss slowed down tremendously, and it wasn't until you suggested that specific diet that it actually started working. That diet turned out to be around 750 below maintenance. I'm having the same problem this year.

Ok, so I decided against the Var (mainly because of the price) and now I'm planning to take 60mg Tbol per day for 6 weeks to help with my cut. I'd like to ask the same questions again but this time for the Tbol. I really appreciate the input guys.

    1) I know Tbol is mild on the liver and HPTA, but what kind of cardio sides will I experience at this dose? Is there risk of high bp, thrashing of lipids, or cardiac hypertrophy?

    2) Is this dose enough to keep most of my lbm if I cut kcals to about 500-750 below maintenance?

    3) I will be following a keto diet during those 6 weeks, will that cause any risk in conjunction with dosing var?

    4) Will I retain too much water on Tbol, or would this be considered a good compound to take while cutting?

    5) Is 4 weeks of clomid at 25mg/day sufficient pct for var?

    Thanks a lot.
